Detailing is a process of creating clear, accurate fabrication and erection drawings by translating complex structural and architectural drawings. Razos Engineering currently prefers to utilize the 3D modelling package “Tekla Structures” our clients are able to view their projects online simply by contacting us.
Fabrication is processed in a 1,150m² workshop that incorporates a 5 tonne mono gantry crane lift that operates at 8 metres high throughout the workshop, along with state of the art machinery and equipment. The highly trained staff both technically and safety conscious manufactures all the individual steelwork components from the steel detailed drawings.
The steel fabrication is aided by the following modern machinery:
- MEP automated band saw.
- Durma Guillotine capable of cutting 10mm plate up to 3.2m
- Durma Punch and Shear machine.
- Tig Welding machine for stainless steel and aluminium welding.
- Genie Lift Machine.
- Plasma cutter.
- Plate Drill.
The painting area has the ability to apply many multi coat systems, capable of handling large scale projects with plenty of space for storage.
